What a Great Entrepreneurial Fair!

Small Businesses, Big Ideas!

Dear Clairbourn Community:
Our 10th annual Entrepreneurial fair was held on Friday, November 7. On behalf of the E-Fair committee, we would like to express our sincerest gratitude to all the kidpreneurs and their parents who signed up for an E-Fair booth this year. We had an amazing turnout and the kids truly showed us their creativity and enthusiasm. Thank you from the bottom our hearts.

Sincerely, Entrepreneurial Fair Chairs —

Hillsides Gift Card Drive: November 3 - 19

This Thanksgiving season, let's join together to help families who need our support now more than ever. CFA and Student Council are teaming up to host a gift card drive to support Hillsides, an organization that provides assistance to local families in need. We invite you to participate in our Scrip campaign by purchasing Scrip gift cards from the variety of participating grocery stores.

Visit the CFA Online Store, turn in the Scrip Order Form, or drop off your own donated gift cards at the front office. Gift cards for Hillsides will be collected from November 3 to 19, but orders through CFA must be placed by November 7. Please contact CFA with any questions. Your support will make a direct impact, and together, we all win!
Clairbourn Families Association (CFA)

Mark your calendars for our annual Teacher Appreciation Group Gift Card Drive: November 17 to December 5

Each holiday season, the CFA organizes a group gift card drive to help parents show their appreciation for our dedicated faculty and staff. Through our Group Gift Card Program, known as the Teacher Scrip, you can contribute to a collective gift for your child’s teachers, as well as recognize other faculty and staff who support your family throughout the year. Cards will be distributed along with a list of contributing families during the week of December 15.

How to order:
1. Go to the CFA Online Store. (a small credit card processing fee will be charged for all online orders)
2. Use the Teacher Group Scrip Gift Order Form.
Be sure to return it to the front office by December 6.

Thank You for Supporting Our Fourth Grade Fundraiser!

Thank you to everyone who came out to support fourth grade's service learning project in partnership with Soldiers’ Angels, where fourth graders will be making blankets and heartfelt cards to honor veterans who have served and sacrificed for our country. It was wonderful to see so many students, families, and friends enjoying time together and strengthening our community bonds for a good cause. A portion of the proceeds will go directly toward purchasing materials for the blankets. Thank you for making a difference!

Clairbourn Gift Policy

Gratitude is always welcome, but a gift is
never necessary.
A kind note or a genuine thank you is always meaningful.

Clairbourn has a stated gift policy for all employees:

• Employees may only accept gifts and/or gift cards that have a value of $100 or less.

• Employees may accept a gift and/or gift card of over $100 only if it is a collective gift and each individual’s contribution is $100 or less (i.e. the Scrip Gift at the holidays and end of the year).

Please help us by following this policy. If you feel you must do more than the note or word of thanks, please consider contributing to the group Scrip gifts at the holidays and at the end of the year. Please do not put any employees in an awkward situation by ignoring the policy. If an employee receives something of higher value, the excess must be returned or will be donated to the school.

Thank you for helping us create an inclusive environment!
