Parking Lot Safety
Please arrive early so parking is easier and drop-off goes smoothly. If you wait until 8:00 a.m. to arrive, you will be in a long line of cars. We all need to be patient and calm. Remember, safety is far more important than being on time. Please follow all driving laws and be courteous to our neighbors by not blocking intersections or driveways.

Cougar Corner Grand Opening is this Friday!
Join us on September 5 to celebrate the grand opening of Cougar Corner!
Starting this Friday, September 5, students can visit Cougar Corner after school to grab a snack. They can pay with cash or charge it to their Cougar Corner accounts. Plus, it’s a great opportunity for parents to volunteer, connect with other parents, and engage with our students. We look forward to seeing you there!

Students can wear California themed clothes, like Disneyland, California sports teams, Yosemite, California cities, surf brands, etc.

Clairbourn is a phone-free space to improve teaching and learning.
Students in preschool - fifth grades MAY NOT bring any personal electronic devices to school, including
but not limited to games, smart watches, tablet
computers, laptop computers, wireless headphones, e-readers, and cell phones.
Middle school cell phone
policy is as follows:
Students may bring a cell phone to school but it MUST BE locked in
a Yondr pouch during the school day.

Nut Policy Reminder
In order to make Clairbourn a safe environment for all of our students:
• NO nuts or items containing nuts.
• If sending any special treats to school to share with other students, be sure to avoid nuts or nut oil. Please give these items to your child’s teacher for
distribution, and ALWAYS check with the teacher first before purchasing.
• Have your child wash their hands before school if your child eats peanuts or peanut butter before school.
• NO sharing food.
