Register With Magnus Health
 Please enter all requested health information into your Magnus account right away. All families must complete Magnus health forms and submit their child’s immunization records before school begins. Please use this CougarNet link for Magnus Health in the Resource Board section to provide your information. New families must 
complete the Magnus Health and new student forms by 8/1/2025.

How to view your contract & make a payment
If you would like to view or print a copy of your contract, it can be accessed by signing into your CougarNet account. Click on your name in the top right hand corner and click on Files & Forms. There you will be able to access your child’s contract.
 Tuition payments are due June 1, 2025. Click here to access your Blackbaud Tuition Management account to make payments, view your balance and more. For Tuition Management support, please click into this link. Questions about tuition payments should be directed to Clairbourn Accounts Receivable, Ms. Nicole Wang.

School Uniforms
We encourage you to plan early!
School uniforms can be purchased by visiting the official supplier for uniforms and ties Lands’ End. Parents will need to set up an account on the Lands’ End website. Clairbourn School Number: 900030693 and Clairbourn Crest (School Logo) Code: 1688904K
Important note: there is no need to order PE uniforms since they will be provided for each student in grades six through eight.
CFA will host the used uniform sales on August 26 & 27!

Middle School
Math Placement Test
 NEW Students entering sixth to eighth grade will take their math placement test on Wednesday, August 20 in math room #16 from 2 to 3 p.m.
The one-hour tests will be proctored by our middle school math teacher. Students should be dropped off at the school entryway at 1:45 p.m. and picked up by 3:15 p.m. |
You Are CFA!
All Clairbourn families are members of the Clairbourn Families Association (CFA)
The mission of the CFA is to enrich and strengthen our community. All of the activities of the CFA (from Book Fair and Special Lunches to the Fall Social and Spring Carnival) are done in the name of fostering that family feeling Clairbourn is known for, as well as creating opportunities for families to be involved in their children’s school. Of course, we fundraise too. The CFA provides funds to Clairbourn each year which help provide and enhance class field trips, assemblies and support our specialist programs.
 The CFA event flyer and special hot lunch schedule for next school year will be available in the summer. We look forward to seeing everyone on the first day of school at Coffee on the Quad! For questions please contact: cfa@clairbourn.org

Subscribing to School Calendars
There are two ways to view the school calendars: on our website or in your CougarNet account under the resources tab. For easy access, here are two methods to subscribe to school calendars for your phone or other devices:
Method 1:
From the Clairbourn.org calendar page, click "Grid View" of calendar. Scroll down and click the green button with arcs. We've circled it in red in the image above. Next, you will get a blank browser page. The next step is to copy the calendar address shown in your browser's URL window and paste it into your calendaring program where they ask for the subscription address. Method 2:
Log into CougarNet and click "Calendar." Click button above calendar with arcs on it. Choose appropriate options from pop up window. Watch a how-to video.

The math placement test for new students entering grades six through eight will be held on Monday, August 19, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. in Room 16.
Tuesday, August 26
Kindergarten orientation is from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. and JPK and PK orientation is from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. More details to come.

After school daycare and enrichment classes
More information on Parker Anderson's after school care and enrichment classes for grades one through eight will be sent to you later in the summer. We will also have preschool and kindergarten daycare and enrichment classes available, so stay tuned!

Choicelunch ordering details will be coming soon!
Look out for more info this summer for choicelunch! A customized, individually packaged lunch, labeled for your child, will arrive at school with everything you need from entree, snacks, fruits/veggies to drinks.
