Welcome to the 2025 Graduation Ceremony
We are grateful for all the opportunities we have been given by you, our wonderful families. As we bring our Clairbourn experience to a close and move on to our high school experience, we are happy to share this celebration with you. We couldn’t have done it without your support and encouragement. Thank you for coming to see us graduate!

Class of 2025's Gratitude
First, we would like to thank our parents and families. You provided us with an excellent opportunity, tremendous support, and endless love. You supported us both at home and at school as CFA volunteers making special events so fun. We are so grateful to each of you. Parents, please stand so we can acknowledge how much we love and appreciate you.

You challenged us, encouraged us, and taught us the skills and strategies that we will take with us in our lives. You also helped to keep us motivated to do our best even when the urge to play was strong. We are grateful for all of your guidance and care. Teachers, please stand so we can acknowledge your work helping us grow and succeed.
We know you have been supporting our events and our scholastic efforts. We are also thankful for your leadership, guidance, and support of the Clairbourn experience that we loved. Thank you for all you do behind the scenes to make Clairbourn what it is. Let’s give a round of applause to recognize all the trustees have done to support our school.

Eighth Grade Speeches
Eighth-grade students shared their remembrance speeches. Watch their heart-felt speeches about the growth they have experienced, the memories they have made, and the overall impact Clairbourn has had in their lives.
Have No Regrets
I will start off with a quote by Suzy Kassem, a Canadian author and poet, and it goes like this: “ Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.” This quote means that if you just think about doing something but let doubt keep you from trying it and give up your dream, you might regret it for the rest of your life. This is when the “what-ifs” come, like “What if they don't like it?”

Failure is a Part of Success
I have attended Clairbourn for three academic years. I would like to thank my parents, classmates, and teachers for their support during these years. You and Clairbourn have taught me many lessons, but perhaps the most impactful is that failure is a part of success, so do not be afraid to try new things because you never know what works.
Being persistent is not backing away from a challenge or giving the challenge a lousy attempt, but attacking it with positivity and confidence. Believing that you can overcome problems is how you solve each one and show persistence. Everyone has limits on certain things, but what really matters is how much effort you put into it.
The Power of Growth
I’ve been attending Clairbourn for the past 10 years, I feel like I’ve been here all my life. In fact, I kinda have been. I was barely crawling when I arrived on campus, in my mother’s arms, to drop off my older brother at school. My mother would put me down in the preschool playground where I couldn’t even reach the swings. Listening to the older kids talk about the jungle was like listening to a ghost story or urban legend.

| | The Class of 2025 Graduation Address: Take Care of the Little Things
We often hear about the importance of dreaming big, of reaching for the stars, or conquering the tallest peaks. And while those aspirations are undeniably admirable, what really matters are your socks. Ok, maybe not everyone’s socks, but my socks are important. I know, I had the same response when I first hired a running coach in preparation for running the LA Marathon. I had already done a couple of marathons and wasn’t sure how to get better on my own, so I hired a coach to help me out and teach me how to get past the plateau I had reached. At my first meeting, he had me take off my shoes and show him my socks.
